A 3-hour somatic journey through breath, body, movement & sound
Grounded Grace Counselling x Alchemy Ascending
Saxon Brazier from Grounded Grace Counselling and Kez Milne from Alchemy Ascending bring you a 3-hour immersive workshop combining somatic movement, Conscious Connected Breathwork and Sound Odyssey.
A deep dive into the body — creating space to slow down, rest, digest and reconnect with what is happening beneath the surface.
You might arrive carrying stress, emotions, old hurts, tension, overwhelm or simply the weight of everyday life.
Through conscious connected breathwork, somatic movement and sound, we create a safe and supported space to explore what your body may be holding — without needing to force, fix or figure anything out.
Conscious Connected Breathwork
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a rhythmic breathing practice where the inhale and exhale are intentionally connected, creating a continuous flow of breath without pause.
As we consciously connect the breath, we bring greater awareness into the body. Physical sensations, emotions, thoughts and patterns may begin to come into awareness, offering an opportunity to explore what may be held beneath the surface.
Rather than trying to think our way through an experience, the breath invites us to connect with what is present in the body and meet it with curiosity and awareness.
The practice is centred around awareness, presence and allowing — rather than forcing an emotional release or trying to create a particular outcome.
Sound Odyssey
Following the breathwork, Saxon's Sound Odyssey will invite you into a deeply immersive sound experience designed to help you settle, integrate and reconnect with the body.
Having previously sold out her Sound Odyssey experience, Saxon weaves together drums, medicine drum, guitar and vocals to create a rich and organic soundscape.
Moving from rhythm and activation into softer, settling vibrations, the sound journey offers space to simply lie back, breathe and receive.
A meeting point of sound, vibration, voice and stillness — allowing the body and nervous system time to integrate whatever has arisen during the breathwork.
